Important Announcements

Southern Crescent Equine Services would like to share two important announcements.

We are very excited to welcome Dr. Libby Reidy to the team at SCES. Dr. Libby just completed a 1 year internship with Mid-Atlantic Equine Medical Center in Ringoes New Jersey. She enjoys all areas of equine ambulatory medicine her special interests are in reproduction, emergency medicine, and general wellness of patients. Look for Dr. Libby in the field beginning this week!

Secondly, the planning committee for Coweta County is recommending approval for our new large animal hospital on Herring Road, just a few miles north of our current location. The public hearing was held February 26th and everyone was very supportive. There was no opposition to the project.

The final decision will be made by the Coweta County Commissioners on March 17th. We are very optimistic that the large animal facility will have a positive impact on Coweta County.

Spring is on the horizon , make your appointments early so we can do our best to accommodate your schedule.

We look forward to seeing you soon!
